Halloween Ideas
Halloween is coming up in less than a week. Does anyone have any Halloween traditions, rituals, etc..... Well me, I usually dress up with my children and go trick-or-treating. Yes, the old fashioned way. We walk two, three miles and go door to door and say "trick or treat"! Just being nosey. I cant even believe that some people take their children to the mall to trick or treat. WHat fun is that? You don't get much candy, and they don't get the full effect like the traditional way. Tell me which way you'd perfer.

Paranormal Activity?
What happens when you sleep? Paranormal Activity!!???
Who plans on going to see this "Freaky and Terrifying", "Horror Phenomenon", "Genuinely Frightening","Best Horror Film of the Year". Me, I am terrified of scary movies but is very intrigued about seeing this "true to life" movie. I am not a believer of "paranormal activity". Maybe because I have never experienced it first hand. If there are any one who has can I please hear your story. Attached is a trailer of the movie from u tube.

Relaxation Response
*Find a quiet place and sit in a comfortable position*
1. Close your eyes.
2. Relax all your muscles deeply. Beginning with your feet and moving slowly upward, relax the muscles in your legs, buttocks, abdomen, chest, shoulders, neck, and finally your face. Allow your whole body to remain in this deeply relaxed state.
3. Now concentrate on your breathing, and breathe in and out through your nose. Each time you breathe out, silently say the word one to yourself.
4. Repeat this process for 20 minutes. (You can open your eyes to look at your watch periodically but don't use an alarm.) When you are finished, remain seated for a few minutes - first with your eyes closed, then with them open.
